현재 경기도의 한 승마장에서 학생들을 가르치고 있는 김 씨는 아역 배우 출신으로 과거 영화, 드라마 등에 출연했다. 이후 승마 선수로 전직해 아시안게임에 승마 국가대표로 출전했다. 국가대표 출신 승마 선수가 헤어진 여성에게 몰래 찍은 사진과 영상을 보내며 협박했다.

4일 SBS '8 뉴스' 보도에 따르면 승마 선수 김 씨는 피해 여성 A씨에게 동의 없이 촬영한 사진과 영상을 보내며 협박하다가 최근 고소를 당했다.

김 씨는 A씨에게 사진과 영상을 들먹이면서 한 달 동안 괴롭히고, 돈을 요구하기도 했다. 또한 A 씨가 자신을 만나주지 않자 집 앞에 찾아가 경적을 울리며 소란을 피우기도 했다. A 씨는 김 씨의 협박에 극단적인 선택을 시도하기도 했던 것으로 전해졌다.
Kim also bullied A for a month by citing photos and videos and demanded money. He also visited in front of his house to honk his horn and make a fuss when A did not meet him. A reportedly tried to make an extreme choice due to Kim's threat.
최근 A씨로부터 고소를 당한 김 씨는 문자와 사진 등을 보낸 사실은 인정했다. 그러나 김 씨는 "서로 그냥 장난한 거다. 내가 악한 마음먹었으면 다른 사람한테 보내지 왜 거기에다(피해자에게) 보냈겠냐"며 "A 씨를 찾아간 건 죽는다고 하니까 죽지 말라는 뜻이다. '너 없으면 안 된다'는 뜻이다"라고 주장했다.
Kim, who was recently sued by A, admitted that he sent text messages and photos. However, Kim said, "We were just joking around with each other." "If I had a bad heart, I would send it to someone else (to the victim), " he said. "Why would I send it to him (to the victim)?" "I visited Mr. A because he said he was going to die, so don't die. 경찰은 조만간 김 씨를 소환 조사할 예정이다.
